Prices include VAT, food, bedding and heating when required.
There is a 10% discount for animals from the same family sharing a unit when boarding overnight
There is a 10% discount for stays of 21 days or more
Dropping off between 7.00 and 7.30am will incur an additional ½ day charge per animal
If applicable, timed medication and/or injections will incur an additional ½ day charge
Basis of charging
Our charges are based on the number of days your pet stays, not the number of nights. We charge a whole day for the day of arrival, irrespective of the time you drop off. On the day of collection we charge for half a day if you collect between 9.30am and 11.00am and a whole day if you collect between 4.30pm and 6.00pm. If you decide to collect your pet before the date agreed, you will be charged until the morning of the intended day of departure.
One third of the total amount is required as a deposit at the time of booking with the balance due on or by the day of collection.
If you need to cancel your booking, the deposit will be refunded in full if we are advised in writing more than one calendar month before the start of the boarding period booked. If written cancellation is received less than one calendar month before the start of the boarding period and you can provide proof that your cancellation is related to COVID your deposit will be refunded in full. In all other cases we will retain the deposit. In some cases, we may be able to transfer the deposit to a future booking, but this will be at our discretion.
We accept payment contactless debit or credit card, by bank transfer or via our booking confirmation link. We no longer accept cash or cheques. Payment is usually taken at the end of your pet’s stay, which allows us to make any adjustments as necessary. Arrangements can be made to pay by instalments in advance of your booking.
Terms and Conditions
The boring bit
We expect you or your representative to contact us as soon as possible if, for any reason, your pet cannot be collected on the agreed departure date. If your pet is left for 14 days beyond the booked departure date, without communication from you or your representative, we will assume that it has been abandoned and we will re-home it or relocate it to a rescue centre. All boarding fees and other costs up until the time that it is re-housed will be the responsibility of the owner.
Your personal data will be collected by us and used only to process bookings for your pet in accordance with our licence conditions. We recognise and accept our obligations with regard to the control and the processing of personal data under the current data protection legislation and regulations. We reserve the right to use any photograph or video taken at our premises in any media material produced including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, websites, etc. If you are not happy for us to use photographs of your pet, please email us or write to us to tell us.
Whilst pets boarding with us receive every care and attention, they are boarded at the risk of the owner and we accept no liability for any illness or injury resulting from their stay. Should your pet require medical treatment during its stay, we will consult either our vet or your own vet, depending on the nature of the problem, and act on their advice. Any costs incurred are the responsibility of the owner.
