Prices include VAT, food, bedding and heating when required.

There is a 10% discount for animals from the same family sharing a unit when boarding overnight

Dropping off between 7.00 and 7.30am will incur an additional ½ day charge per animal

If applicable, timed medication and/or injections will incur an additional ½ day charge per animal per day

 

Basis of charging

Our charges are based on the number of days your pet stays with us, not the number of nights. We prefer that your pet arrives in the morning to give them plenty of time to settle in before bedtime. We charge for the day of arrival, irrespective of the time you drop off.
On the day of collection we charge for half a day if you collect between 9.30am and 11.00am and a whole day if you collect between 4.30pm and 6.00pm. If possible, please let us know what time you will be collecting at the time of booking. If you decide to collect your pet before the date on your booking confirmation, you will be charged until the morning of the intended day of departure.

 

Payment

Your booking will be secure once you have received a booking confirmation from us. We prefer to send these via email but can post them to you if required. Please check the details are correct as we may not be able to make changes later.
4 weeks before the start date of your booking you will receive an email reminder asking for payment in full. You can make this payment using the link on the booking confirmation or by card in reception. We are unable to take payment over the phone and we do not take cash.

If you book within 4 weeks of the start date of your booking, payment will be required at the time of booking. Any additional charges incurred during your pets stay will be due on collection

 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking please advise us in writing via email or post. If your cancellation is received less than 4 weeks before the start of the boarding period your payment will have already be made and that will be moved onto a future booking or held on account. In exceptional circumstances, a refund will be considered.

Non collection

We expect you or your representative to contact us as soon as possible if, for any reason, your pet cannot be collected on the agreed departure date. If your pet is left for 14 days beyond the booked departure date, without communication from you or your representative, we will assume that it has been abandoned and we will re-home it or relocate it to a rescue centre. All boarding fees and other costs up until the time that it is re-housed will be the responsibility of the owner.

Personal Data

Your personal data will be collected by us and used only to process bookings for your pet in accordance with our licence conditions. We recognise and accept our obligations with regard to the control and the processing of personal data under the current data protection legislation and regulations. For more information please refer to our Privacy Notice which is available on request.
We reserve the right to use any photograph or video taken at our premises in any media material produced including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, websites, etc. If you are not happy for us to use photographs of your pet, please email us or write to us to tell us.

Veterinary Assistance

Whilst pets boarding with us receive every care and attention, they are boarded at the risk of the owner and we accept no liability for any illness or injury resulting from their stay. Should your pet require medical treatment during its stay, we will consult either our vet or your own vet, depending on the nature of the problem, and act on their advice. Any costs incurred are the responsibility of the owner. Before you travel please ensure that you have given authorisation to your vet so that we can discuss your pet with the vet should the need arise.
